MyTravelApp is an insurance related app developed in Italian language which is provided for t he travel agents to engage their customers. The app allows the users to get in touch with the insurance company even while traveling. The details can be submitted to the company via smartphone to claim the policy as well as get the immediate attention from police, ambulance, or fire service.


Allianz Global Assistance (previously Monodial Assistance) is one of the world leader in travel insurance with 250 million customers worldwide. They have an extensive network of 12,000 experienced employees spread acrosss 5 continents. The insurance policies covered by company include Travel, Vehicle, Home, and Cell phone.


The company was in need of a mobile application in Italy language for publishing its offers. The smartphone app should be able to send offers directly from the set requesting for any assistance required or initiate procedures for reimbursement of expenses. The app should provide offers to travel agency as an additional support to the customers insured with the company.
