Business Development Executive

Job Description :

NDOT is currently reinforcing its sales wing. We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic business development executives (BDEs) who should be a good team player and have strong communication and convincing skills.

  • Business-to-business phone marketing or sales experience preferred in IT industries
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to navigate corporate structures to identify decision makers and determine the buying process
  • Ability to be assertive and persuasive without being aggressive
  • Active listening skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and think quickly
  • Inquisitive nature
  • Self-reliant and reliable

Responsibilities :

  • Making cold calls and gaining sales intelligence
  • Requalifying leads from trade shows, events, mailers, and other activities
  • Overseeing the sales process to attract new clients
  • Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks
  • Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively
  • Foster a collaborative environment within the organization
  • Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities
  • Building business relationships with current and potential clients
  • Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts
  • Developing customized targeted sales strategies
  • Creating informative presentations
  • Presenting and delivering information to potential clients
  • Coordinating business generation activities
  • Responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs)
  • Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions
  • Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients
  • Maintaining short- and long-term business development plans
  • Maintaining database of prospective client information
  • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support
  • Closing sales and working with the client through the closing process
  • Meeting or exceeding annual sales goals
